Winmore uses terms that may not be commonly understood, so here’s a list of the terms used within the application.
Record Template
It is a structured collection of data organized in rows and columns, following a tabular format, also known as an object or a table.
Each row represents a record, while each column represents a specific attribute or field associated with the data.
Some examples are Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Tenders. Winmore comes pre-packaged with a standard set of record templates, but your admins can create new record templates to suit your business process.
Workbench
The Workbench serves as a central command center for the RFP and it provides visibility into several components of the pricing process for a given mode of transport: FCL, LCL and Air.
Pricing Inspector
The Pricing Inspector provides the lane level information once the customer’s RFP document has been uploaded.
The Lane Pricing Details table is where the pricing team will go to view the lanes, input pricing, and set the lane’s pricing status.
