Feature # 1504 - Inline Editing: Ability to edit cell values within the price inspector table
Feature Description
The current method of data entry from price inspector, especially involving sequential input and scattered information across lanes, often results in time-consuming and error-prone data entry. Users find it tedious to navigate to Price Builder to update data at a lane-by-lane level.
Feature Overview
To address these challenges, we have implemented an inline editing feature within the application. Inline editing allows users to directly modify data within a table or grid interface (double click on a cell to edit), providing a familiar and intuitive experience similar to using a spreadsheet. This solution streamlines the data entry process, reduces the need for sequential navigation, and consolidates information into a single, cohesive interface.

Feature # 2551 - Improved sanity check experience
Feature Description
Previously, running the sanity check in the pricing inspector and addressing errors was a cumbersome and disconnected process. After executing the sanity check, users had to download the results to their local system to determine the success of the run. If any errors were identified, users had to return to the Winmore pricing inspector to correct those issues.
Feature Overview
This new feature allows users to run sanity checks and identify errors without leaving the price inspector interface. After the sanity check is completed, the system provides a summary of the results, indicating the number of errors and the number of edits made. Error correction is now simplified, as the system highlights cells containing errors. By hovering over these cells, users can view detailed information about the errors.

Feature # 1508 - Ability to filter the price inspector fields by segments
Feature Description
Previously, there was no ability to filter the price inspector fields by their respective lane segments.
Feature Overview
This new feature allows users to filter the price inspector columns by their respective segments. Under ‘Manage column visibility’ section of the price inspector, user can now filter by different segments like Origin, Freight, Destination etc.
Feature Enablement
Automatically enabled as part of the 2024.4 release
Feature # 3079 - Batch Update: Setting Fields to Blank or Null Values
Feature Description
Users utilize widgets like Price Inspector to filter and update lane information in our application. Batch Update is frequently used to manipulate lanes and set specific fields to target values. However, Batch Update does not currently support blanking out a field. To circumvent this, users often set the field to an empty string (" "). While this works from a UI standpoint, it frequently causes business rules to fail. This failure occurs because the rule tries to match fields, but the master dataset typically uses NULL while the lane data uses an empty string, leading to a mismatch.
To address this limitation, the Batch Update modal will be enhanced to include a "Set to Null" option. This will allow users to set a particular field to null, ensuring consistency and preventing rule failures.
Feature Overview
A new checkbox will be added to the Batch Update modal called “Set to Null”. When the user selects a field and enables this check box, the “New Value” dialog widget will be greyed out with ‘--’, thereby disabling the user from entering or selecting any value (Only after selecting a field the ‘Set to Null’ checkbox will be active to select, else a tooltip will be shown “Select a field to set to null”). Adding a new field for batch update will also have this new option to set to null.
Feature Enablement
Automatically enabled as part of the 2024.4 release.
Feature # 3078 - Filtering Null or Blank Fields
Feature Description
Current filtering capabilities allow users to search for records that match specific values. However, there are many instances where users need to identify records with empty or null values. For example, when examining a bid, users might want to search for lanes where the Buy Rate is null or empty. This would enable them to focus on the specific records that require setting Buy Rates.
Feature Overview
In the Filter side menu, after the user selects the field they wish to search on, an additional option called “is Empty” will be available. When this option is selected, the Enter Value parameter will not be displayed, as it is not applicable in this case.
Feature Enablement
Automatically enabled as part of the 2024.4 release
Notifications
Feature # 1212 - Time Based Notifications
Feature Description
When executing a workflow, users often need reminders about tasks that are soon due or already overdue. Many tasks are time-sensitive and prerequisites for subsequent tasks. For example, Task A must be completed to initiate Task B, so any delays in Task A will automatically delay Task B.
Therefore, implementing a mechanism to alert users about approaching or missed deadlines will help them manage workloads and prioritize tasks more effectively.
Feature Overview
To effectively alert users about overdue or soon-to-be overdue tasks, Winmore users will track a task’s status against a specific date and receive timely notifications. These time-based notification capabilities allow users to configure which tasks they wish to monitor and receive alerts for, as well as dynamically set different thresholds for notifications. This ensures that users are promptly informed about critical deadlines, enabling better task management and prioritization.
Feature Enablement
Automatically enabled as part of the 2024.4 release
Workflow Management
Feature # 2168 - Auto hide skipped tasks
Feature Description
Currently, as part of the workflow, users have the ability to manually hide tasks. Additionally, there is the capability to generate automation to skip tasks. This automation wasn’t hiding the tasks that have been manually skipped. This enhancement aims to address this requirement.
Feature Overview
With this enhancement, automation can now hide tasks that have been manually skipped. This functionality will remove these tasks from the user interface, thereby reducing confusion and eliminating unnecessary processing related to the skipped tasks.

Auditing
Feature # 2941 - Make Audit Changes Case Insensitive
Feature Description
When determining changes to a lane, the system considers differences in case to be material. For example, changing the city from "San Francisco" to "SAN FRANCISCO" is reported as a change. While technically accurate, this approach makes it difficult for users to identify meaningful changes from one iteration to the next.
Feature Overview
As part of this release, Winmore will no longer consider differences in case material enough to represent a change that’s logged in the audit/history module.
Feature Enablement
Automatically enabled as part of the 2024.4 release
