The system is set up to send notifications for certain events in the system, such as being assigned a record, task or to-do or if you are @-mentioned in a conversation post.
Therese preferences can be updated under the Notifications settings located in the User Profile Menu. This can be accessed by clicking your avatar at the top of the left navigation menu.
Notifications are sent to the email address listed at the top of the screen when the conditions listed are met. Click the check mark slider next to each condition to turn the notification on or off. Changes you make on this page are saved automatically.
Best Practice: We do encourage you to turn off notifications and check in to your Home page during the day. This will keep your inbox from becoming cluttered and you'll see all new information in your Unread Messages and Recommended Menus.
The agenda is the home page of the app. To review your app profile settings, click the three lines in the upper left hand corner, this will take you to the Left-hand navigation bar. From here, click your avatar and review your name, mobile, and time zone.
Once you’ve made updates, click the green Save Settings button at the bottom of the screen.
