While we engineer Winmore to deliver responsive performance on a variety of devices, data-intensive web applications require constant communication with your device through the limitations of your local network. Therefore, limited bandwidth or response times at your location, due to multiple factors, may result in timeouts and/or errors, especially when loading reports, importing data, and uploading files. Please try these steps to ensure the best performance:
- Make sure your OS and browser are updated to latest versions.
Supported Browsers
NOTE: Browsers not listed in the table will not work properly within Winmore.
- Consult with your local IT team about increasing available bandwidth, i.e. reducing continuous network demands from yourself or other users sharing your connection while using the application.
Closing other open applications which are network resource intensive (for example video streaming) while using the application, including other browser tabs.
You may run the free bandwidth test at http://www.google.com/search?q=speed+test to determine your connection strength. - Chrome users that disable third party cookies will need to enable them for login to work: see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
- To ensure that the latest updates are running on your device, clear your browser's cache, see this article

- Network or device security policy must not block scripts or requests from the browser needed to run the application. Please ask your local IT professional for assistance with these if necessary.
