Company settings provides time and scheduling settings for your organization. Open the Creation Studio, then click on “Company Settings” to access.
Timezone
Set the timezone preference for your company. Winmore uses this Timezone setting when storing the date and time. To be sure that the date and time is stored correctly, set the timezone for your company here. For example, a task Due Date is set with the end of the day using the timezone set here. Winmore only supports one timezone for your entire company. If you operate in multiple zones, we recommend setting this to the zone of your headquarters or main base of operations.
Time Format
Set the time format preference for your company. Winmore displays times in one of two formats: 12 hour and 24 hour. The time format is often a company display preference. Both formats are fine to use, however, the 12 hour format is common in the United States, and the 24 hour format is used throughout the world.
First Work Day
Set the first day of your company’s work week. Winmore’s workflow planning feature will automatically avoid setting task dates on weekends. Winmore uses the first day of the work week to determine the non-working days of the week. For many organizations the work week begins on Monday, and in that case Saturday and Sunday are the non-working days of the week.
In some countries the work week begins on Sunday. If you set Sunday as the first day of the work week for your company setting, Winmore knows that Friday and Saturday are the non-working days for your organization.
