FAQ: What do I do if when trying to access Winmore, I land on a page that says a Browser Upgrade is Required.
Answer: There are two things you can do when you receive this page.
1.) Please ensure that the browser you are using is supported. There is a listing of those browsers below:
NOTE: Browsers not listed in the table will not work properly within Winmore.
2.) Are you accessing a link to a Winmore page via a Microsoft product? If so, there is a known issue with Microsoft products when you are accessing URLS while on a proxy server or a firewall. The product (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/etc...) will perform a pre-fetch of the URL to determine if it's supported, thus it can interfere with hyperlinks and cause you to land on the Browser Unsupported page.
Microsoft has an article here describing the issue. They offer a workaround as well as a fix that you can download, though we of course suggest talking to your IT team before downloading or updating your system.
