Changing Your Password

Updating Your Password. When you log in for the first time, we recommend changing the initial password provided to you.

To do this, click on your user avatar in the upper-left corner to open the User Profile screen, where you'll find the option to update your password.

Click on Passwords and Security to change your password. Observe the password requirements, as noted.

Password Security Requirements

To meet ther minimum security standards (and for your data’s safety!) your password MUST:

• Be at least 8 characters
• Not contain the same three repeated characters

And meet at least 3 of these requirements:

• Contain at least one lowercase letter
• Contain at least one uppercase letter
• Contain at least one number
• Contain at least one symbol (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
