Something Went Wrong upon log in

Something Went Wrong. If you've just attempted to log in and received this error, it's possible that your Browser is set to block third-party cookies.  Winmore will not be able to open when your browser is not configured correctly.

Winmore's domain (lanetix.com) must be allowed in your 3rd-party cookie settings.

To troubleshoot, please follow the instructions below. 

In Chrome:

1. Open Chrome, and at the top right, click the three dots and select Settings.
2. On the left pane, click on Privacy and security, then navigate down to Customized behaviors. 
3. Click on Add, and enter Site: lanetix.com and click on Add button.

By selectively adding lanetix.com, you continue to block other 3rd party cookies.

In Safari:

1. Click Safari > Preferences and click the “Privacy” tab.
2. Make a note about what is currently selected.
3. Under “Cookies and website data”, click “Always Allow”.
4. Try to log in. If the page loads, it means that the cookie has been added to Safari and is now allowed.
5. Change your “Block Cookies” setting back to its previous setting
