In an effort to continually improve our platform, we are planning several deployments for the month of April across both of our clusters. Please see the Dates and Features below for each of these deployments.
1. On April 27th, 2023 in our European Cluster, we will be releasing the below features/enhancement and bug fixes in a deployment.

5 | Time > Workflows |
This update affect workflows with workflow planning and timezone enabled. The system will use the: (1) Company's Start and End Time (found in the Studio > Company Settings) (2) paired with the launching user's browser time zone when auto-planning workflow tasks' start and end time.
Example 1 The Company's Start Time is 9:00a m & the End time is 5:00 pm.
A user launches a workflow and their browser time zone is set to CET. The system will start all tasks at 9:00 AM CET and end them at 5:00 PM CET. Any user looking at these times will have them translated into their own browser's time zone.
Therefore, a User in US Eastern Time (EDT) will see the start time as 4:00 AM EDT and the end time as 12:00 PM EDT.
Example 2 If the user in EDT launches the workflow, the tasks' start time will be 9:00 AM EDT and end time will be 5:00 PM EDT. The user in CET will see those times as 2:00 PM CET and 10:00 PM CET respectively. |
