In an effort to continually improve our platform, we are planning several deployments for the month of July across both of our clusters. Please see the Dates and Features below for each of these deployments.
On July 11th, 2023 in our North American Cluster, we will be releasing the same features as for the June 29th release in the European Cluster and additionally, below features/enhancement/bug fixes and performance improvement in a deployment.

Ability to Gray-out at segment level |
Ability to “lock” columns from being updated at a certain point. To enable this we have created a “gray out” set of rules. The “gray out” rules function similarly to black out cells, with several exception. First, “gray out” allows users to still see the values. “Gray Out” values will be included in formulas and not generate an error. Finally values in “Gray Out” cells will be written back in shipper files. Additionally, now we provide the capability to gray out at a segment level. This feature allows customers to configure a rule and based on a row/lane value gray out fields so users can no longer update those values. This differs from black out as users can still see the value in the grayed out field. Rules for this gray out function the same as building a rule for black out cells. |

Dynamic Adhoc Fields Display in Price Inspector |
Three new groups Shipper Info, Volume Info and Totals, or segments have been made available to customers in all areas of the application. Customers are able to assign fields in Studio while defining a record. User will be able to select a segment, during mapping and now have the ability to select what columns that are associated in a segment during downloads. |

4 |
Error/description in the first column of the results download |
The application will present the results in the first column when running enrichments and/or business rules. This will allow simple filtering as well as knowing the error condition as the user scrolls through the row. | RateAI Users |
5 |
Shipper submission file mapped to dropdown fields |
User will now have the flexibility to map a field from a shipper to a pricing template dropdown field. This will allow the application to properly write that column back to the shipper file during the submission process. |

OR Support for filtering user pickers |
The system now treats null values in Boolean fields as false for filtering purposes, ensuring consistent behavior across the system. This aligns with the behavior observed in cascading pickers, where filtering correctly occurs based on the false value, even if the Boolean field has not been updated or set by the user. |

User Attribute Update Functionality |
End users in the NA cluster now have access to the newly added user attribute fields and can update their own information through the Avatar > Settings view. This functionality aligns with the successful implementation in the EU cluster, enabling users to maintain accurate and up-to-date information effortlessly. | All Users |
Same as June 29th release in EU Cluster (see June Release Notes):

1 | Gantt Chart: Replacing the tutorial screen |
The general goal of all these features was to provide users with consistent behavior when executing filters in the Gantt view and ensuring that proper navigation existed when users skipped tasks. |

2 | Gantt Chart Filtering |
Gantt chart as a visual aid to discuss the task progress with their clients. But the current implementation provides very limited flexibility with respect to filtering the Gantt chart display. As part of this feature we’ve created that ability to filter right on the Gantt Chart. User will now be able to reduce the rows they see on the Gantt view by toggling a series of filters. This functionality will allow users to manage this tasks directly from the Gantt view. |

3 | Gantt Chart Exporting | Continuing with the enhancements associated with the Gantt view, the application now allows users to download a version of the Gantt in a PDF. This provides user with the ability to share plans with external users in a more usable manner. To access this features users will see a new excel icon in the Gantt view that allows them to export. | All Enabled Users |
4 | Remove Timezone from User Details in Browse Users | To eliminate confusion and ambiguity in the application, the user timezone field is removed/hidden from the browse user details. This is a global change and is enabled for all organizations by the administrator | All Enabled Users |
All features will remain disabled until customer administrator opens the feature for wider usage.
