Earlier in the summer, we released a significantly improved Agenda experience. The release was well-received and the Winmore customer community provided great feedback. As always, customer engagement spurs us to innovate and deliver the best “next iteration” of Agenda, i.e., one that does not introduce radical adjustments nor compromise the user experience. It was not easy, but the result is a complete product experience that we’re excited to share with you today!
The new Home incorporates the best parts of Agenda, the great feedback from our users, plus new functionality. We made sure its future-ready design can grow with Winmore as we introduce more features, some of which you’ll be hearing about today.
When you log into Winmore, the new landing page is Home — your personal productivity center in Winmore.
It has four main sections:
Unread Conversations: The most highly-requested feature this quarter! It captures all of your unread conversation posts in a single view. No more clicking around trying to catch up. Save time and be in the loop on every conversation.
In Progress: Forgot what’s on your plate? In Progress is a clean list of items that you’re working on right now. We pre-filtered this list to show you just the items that are overdue or due today. Plus, you can complete these tasks from Home — no need to navigate to the workflow or activity.
Agenda: Stay ahead of the curve by quickly referencing tasks and activities that are due in the days or weeks ahead.
History: Need to refer to past items? With History, you can view all activities and tasks that you've completed. It's a personal log of all your Winmore activities. Another highly requested feature.
